Hi geeks what's the minimum space between clients styling chairs you would recommend? Please help xxx

1 to 1.5 meters is a good distance so the stylists aren't on top of each other and there is room for the client to leave while the stylist next to them are busy, if you have the space go for 2 to 2.5 meter gaps for the extra working space so trolleys can be by stations too xoxo

Ooh thanks for that! I'm just designing my salon and it was a question my joiner asked me to think about!! X

I dont know if it's a minimum, but comfortable working space xoxo

I don't think I can manage that much space, does anyone work in smaller spaces between chairs as I'm use to working in big spaces and it's hard to guess the rite space xxx

I asked a similar question recently and I was advised a minimum of 2 foot

Give the most you can then Tilly, but take into account some clients have a bit of a wider waist band as will need to get in and out of the space comfortably. Work out the average circumference of a size 20 waist (above average I know but more and more are getting there) and see how much u need for 1 person to just about get through xoxo
