ok even more depressed now :cry::cry::cry: gave up smoking in june cos of health, have gained 1 1/2 stone (surley smoking was better) have just had bust measured cos the old bras were getting a little tight (well indenting my skin and making me numb) and guess what 4in bigger and cup size bigger:irked::irked: why does all my weight go strat to my boobs:cry::cry: and bellie...

have to admit smoking does stop you eating more..... ha ha ha

but you get tierd, feel sick,, stink bad, out of breath.. ok ex smoker alert coming:smack:

I am the opposite to this, The only time I like my boobs is when I am overweight :irked: as soon as I loose weight they are horrid
 
The prob i have is the weight NEVER comes of them.. they just get bigger and bigger... omg i,m turning into jorden:cry::cry:
 
I'm quite excited! last day of eating crap! thank god as i've just eaten a box of milk trays.. ps i'm a binge eater and now feel sick as a dog! its gonna be hard work


The best way to stop yourself binging hun is to make sure you never get to that point where you are so starving that you are happy to stuff your face with anything. For me - I have to eat fairly regularly as I get funny otherwise. Make sure you have Breakfast, mid morning (healthy snack), lunch, mid afternoon (again healthy) snack, and an evening meal. this should help?
 
Well this week i have joined a gym, started a diet and give up smoking tomorrow. At my gym you have monthly weigh ins and measurements taken, so i'll keep you updated

I'm 5' 6'' and Weigh 10st 10lbs, Size 12/14 and i'm aiming to lose a stone before xmas.

Hey Lisa, go to the edit signature bit of the User CP section.. then in the large box that says edit signature there is a button that looks like a mountain if you hold u're mouse over it it'll say insert image, click on it and copy the link below into the box that comes up and save it and that should show your ticker xx

I am 5ft nothing and weigh 8stone 8lbs size10/12 I would love to get down to about 8stone so will join you I already do the gym so looks like I will have to cut down on the food lol Ok I am not super overweight but I just feel chunkier.

Hey Lellipop, snap! I'm same height and weight (well when I weighed on monday I was actually 8st 9lb)

Great thread Becki! I always weigh on a monday morning anyway so it'll be great to share this with everyone else. My ultimate target is 7st 10 but interim target is 8st.

Fell off the chocolate wagon big time yesterday. Had a Halloween party for 6 4/5 year olds - my first venture into the world of parties!!! A bit of a baptism by fire, but I lived to tell the tale. Problem was, all that yummy party food.......knew I wouldn't be able to resist - I was stressed and tired and....well, you get the picture.

To make matters worse, have had a kit kat this morning - (leftover chocs). Must not eat anymore. Am feeling a bit low now as I have not got off to a good start - and there's no excuse really as there is plenty of good stuff in the house.

Oh well, dust myself down and on with the show....now, where's that apple?

Still, at least there's a few days to go 'til Monday......

P.S Mind you - on a plus side, one of the Mums works in a local salon and has said she will put my flyers in the salon as she often has people asking for nails.....so that made me feel a little better!!!!:)
 
Ok count me in too
I am 5'6" tall and weigh 11 stone 13 pounds and am a size 14, I want to be realistic in my goal as if I lost to much at my age (not very likely) I would look like a haggard old handbag.
So I would like to get to 10 stone, but would be thrilled to get to 10 and a half.:)

I've been dieting for about a month now and have found this site Weight Loss Resources - Fad Free Tools for Healthy Weight Loss an absolute godsend. It's got over 60,000 calories in it's database and a free 3 day trial - no obligation - you don't even have to fill in your card details.... Then if you want to stick with it, it's £9 a month - seems like a lot but it really isn't for what you get. There is a goals page so you can see how you are doing and it charts your progress and everything....

Have a look - hopefully this will help some of you dieters out as well as it's helped me.

I have lost half a stone already!

Right! diet starts tom! lol i've gone and bought charlie brooks exercise dvd, i've heard good things about it.. it better work, cost me £15.99! has anyone tried this one??
 
Yup - I have. Really enjoyed it too. Must dig it out again to help me along. Also have Angela Griffin's one, but preferred Charlie's.

Good luck with it - the combat section is a killer!!!!:eek:

I have Charlie Brooks dvd its fab I love the combat section. BUT I have not exercised this week and been a right pig, had a busy week and just could not be bothered to cook so had chinkies, choccy till the cows come home but no ciggies I am so dreading Monday!!! Been such a naughty geek :smack:
