Moyou London site down and my card has been hacked

I know you have sorted this problem but not all websites use the name of the site your buying from. My sister bought some eyelashes from a website (not quiet sure which one) but the payment came from keihls (however it's spelt) so that's something to look out for in future too! X

If your card is wireless, they can now get your information simply by walking past ur bag with a wireless card reader....

It's not contactless, but it's quite irrelevant. Fraud happened through a bogus paying page where I had to give my cvv number, not my pin

I was referring to Moyou London specifically, not just every possible eshop out there. There are a number of secure ways to pay, but moyou only uses 2 of them

Well at least their customer support is excellent!
They were offering 4 plates as compensation for our trouble, although the bank issue hasn't been resolved yet.
Instead I asked for a kaleidoscopic clear stamper and a monochrome bundle, which was my original order and I was losing their 20%off offer since my new card hasn't arrived yet.
They were nice enough to oblige me. Can't wait for them to arrive!

been a while I know. I was at my parents' because they were nagging me to go see them!

So I placed another Moyou order today and they've offered me another nail plate for free because my bank charged me 10€ for a new card after that hacking incident! Bless them they have amazing customer service! I got items worth of 25 - 30 pounds now for free! And on top of that, all of my money returned, excluding the 10€, so I really am left speechless!

Can't wait for the order to arrive now!
