The point is she broke a nail and rather than ask 'wild' to fix it she bought a kit and did it herself, looks terrible but she doesn't want Wild to fix it, so would we all tell her friend how bad her nail looks now.

This has the feel of a child who is not being monitored properly on their use of the internet and I think/feel that enough attention has been paid to it, so I shall pay it no more.
