Um...excuse me, who gave you permission to take images from my site?

The link does NOT contain advertising, it contains the name of the concern who designed it (for intellectual ownership reasons) the price and a contact email address.

I must say, its rather petty....mind you, look ok on that gallery dont they? lol

I know there's been a lot of "which logo do you like" threads on here recently, and you might expect me to say this, but i've really not encouraged people to do so. I can only assume they actually do want advice from their peers as to which design they like.

I like 3 the best...the butterfly makes me think of EzFlow though...mind you the general public probably don't know that.

well all i can say is what diff does it make what anyone thinks as long as the web owner likes it. - go with what YOU want - NOT what everyone else thinks flower -

extensionize - why have you come across so ready for a fight - the mod in question that put the attachments on here was purely doing her job as a MODERATOR, and if she sees fit to do what she did, then so be it, why make a song and dance about it, bit petty (on your part) i think. i have seen other threads with your designs on them, and they do take up alot of time going thro them all, at least the way sandi has done it we can see them all straight away without having to go thro the LARGE pics that you put up flower

Well said Glynis. Geek offers are only allowed in PAID FOR banner advertising and I am sure Samuel would love to hear from you about it. But then some people always think they are above the rules. Cut us Moderators some slack would you because we are UNPAID and if you feel you can do better to keep the site abiding by the SIte Commandments which were set by the Administrator of this site then feel free to take up the reins. Whether people like it there are rules to this forum, which every forum has, nad if people don´t like them then maybe they would lie to go and start their own rather than abusing this one.

I also agree that people should make their own mind up as we all have different tastes and what one will love anothr won´t and it will make it more confusing a choice in the long run. Be brave and dare to think on your own! :lol:

i do agree that with Peter pan that your post came across a bit abrupt.....even though most of the time it is not meant that way.....it's the way something reads,lol, i'm paranoid about it. You say your links do not contain advertising.....but surely if it contains a price and web adress then thats the same? I dunno.
I have really enjoyed looking at your work on this thread and on others and its a pity that you feel that you have to say to people not to post them on here so that we can give an opinion as to what we like and dont like....why not protect your photos from being copied by putting watermarks over them...seanny did an interesting thread on this.

Getting back to this thread; i do agree there are alot of butterflies about at the mo, and they do also remind me of ezflow....i like the 2nd and last ones best as they are easy to read and look pretty.

Regardless, I dont think im going to do anymore- I know you're all bored of by now anyway! (well, might do the occasional one)

Didnt mean to be abrupt, and apologies If it seemed that way, I've just got a certain way of typing that makes me sound like a smart-a*se, but its just standard procedure in my industry to have that disclaimer on the bottom- as has been proved correct by a recent event.

I think the point of the mod's are that the whole advertising thing is not good on here.

I for one hope you change your mind as I will need a little help when I get my self up and running again lol.

i do agree with the mods tho. Its not they they are against you advertising....its just that you need to pay for it if you want it.....there are so many things that are given away on this site with regards to education the mods time and advise at NO cost to many. Obviously there is a cost to running this site....which is where money from advertising and premium geeks come in.
I for one LOVE this site and everyone in it:hug: and i would hate to see you get ripped off (which is why i made the suggestion of watermarks) or anyone else associated with the site.

Why are we even discussing/advising anyone on her behalf, when she clearly has no respect for the site, moderators or her fellow geeks?

Sorry just my opinion, but I valid one I feel.

Oh, and these logos, lovely as they are, are most definately a form of advertising. Carry on absolutely, you clearly have a talent, but you are right to ask your 'clients' not to post them on this site. Im sure we all have family/friends that we can get opinions from.
