agree with many of your comments, nvq is a minimum standard, would this be suffient and valuable as has been mentioned ,a brand deveplment programme...
I would advise doing both the nvq and product training as in some parts of London you will have to have an nvq to work in a salon from 2009. You could then train with a reputable company such as creative as well.
