No, my dear... it's all part of the routine that one must not deviate from :lol: It's cos a lot of colleges just haven't updated their education materials since jesus left Clydebank. It's a shame too, because they're STILL teaching the exact same methods!

This made me giggle lots! I left teaching Beauty Therapy after 12 years. I was made redundant :D But all is good as I'm now self employed :Love: Lecturing staff for Hair and Beauty should have to do some sort of work experience. I know some have never worked in the industry and teach Beauty skills that aren't realistic in the real world. Now I'm back in the real world, outside looking in, I can't believe how behind the times the college I worked in was and how much I had missed. Its been hard work catching up, but I'm nearly there!
