Hi!!

Im new to this but im at a loose end so im after any advice that you can offer would be very much appreciated!

Im trying to find a decent nail tech course (not a home learning one) iv done so much research into different ones but i just cant seem to make a decision on any! When i look at reviews they end up being really bad or when i think iv found one its way over budget! I understand you get what you pay for but i want to make sure im picking the right one. Any experiences would be great :)

I've done 2 different l&p courses. One I did through Sally's beauty which also included my manicure certificate and I recently did a conversion through Cnd.
I thought that the Sally's course did not give us enough info as the whole thing only took 5 days! A lot was crammed in and skimmed over. Once I competed the Sally's course I didn't do anything with it as I didn't feel confident enough and we had no after support.
Last month I decided to do a Cnd conversion course and omg what a difference! I learnt more in the 2 days that I did in Sally's plus the educator has a Facebook page where we can message her for advice etc I've even booked a shellac course with her for next week

Hi! I have just qualified in L&P and Gelish Gel Polish with Nail Harmony. http://www.nailharmonyuk.co.uk/education.html

It cost me around £1,000 for the course. But I was able to pay in £35 weekly instalments but I did get the majority of the kit included in this price. What I would say to you is no matter who you train with, be prepared to spend quite a bit in products. As you will always want the different colours in gel polish or nail art supplies.

I absolutely loved training with Nail Harmony though. I found that there is so much support available and my educators have been fantastic. Good luck!

Hi! I qualified in Calgel not long ago and couldn't recommend this enough! It's great as an all round product for overlays, extensions and sculptures! X
