Hi!
I got my nail trainer second hand and had the same issues as you, until someone told me that to get my tips to stick with the glue I had (not the EN tips or glue) to lightly remove the shine from the Nail Trainer nails and then tailor the tips cos the sizes on the trainer were not standard. Works a charm! (and great practice for tailoring tips as well).
And yes, we've all stuck ourselves to something or someone, sometimes more than once. Some still do it (as I raise my hand).
