My best advice to anyone waiting to train.......buy a copy of Nail Structure and Product Chemistry by Doug Schoon. Read it, then read it again. That will give you the best head start you could imagine.

Don't worry they will feel normal again in 4-5 days , try getting some after artificial treatment from a EzFlow distributor this stuff is realy good and you can use it every time you have artificial nails removed.
