Lack of vitamin B and always moisturize with oil. Dont leave polish on more than 10 days, Use remover with acetate and don't use more than once/wk. Leave nails go a few week to a month with out polish to let nails breath. Eat a balanced meal with lots of greens and tomatoes. You can file away ridges with a buffing block (3 sided) but not to much and stop when the nail feels warm and drink water. Hope that helps more.:biggrin:
