New ideas?

Hi all, i recently opened my own hair salon, ive been opened now almost 5 months. Business is ok, quiet and busy times.
I also offer extensions and make up in the salon.

Has anyone any ideas of what i can do to boost up my salon more?
I know there is threads on promoting business but i don't really understand them.
My salon is in a town where there is loads of other hairdressers so competition is very big.

What do you mean you don't understand the posts on promoting your business? Do you mean you don't understand how to find them or that you've read them and you don't understand how to implement them?

Google ads can be a great idea, also Facebook targeted ads. Facebook ads you can run yourself it is quite easy, just target people in your area and offer a nice discount package...
