Hi Blue. Ooh thats soooo good. You may have solved my issues I have loads of L'oreal and I have arranged to see the rep from salon supplies on Fri! Brilliant. Im so far very impressed with the customer service. Communication etc has been second to none. Lets hope it continues. Yes I'm doing every1 tonight, they will exchange your loreal to matrix ml for ml but they need to be current, un used and still boxed colours that salon supplies sells. X

We have MATRIX in the Salon we love it, we deal with Michael who is our rep and he is FAB tells you the delas and how to save money but also gives you good clear technical advice as well as he is an ex hairdresser too so i found this helpful as we can easily relate to him, in our area of Derby Matrix is very popular and we like it as it is not a supermarket product like Schwz and loreal and now wella, we like Exclusive !!!!!

As for training we get offered loads and loads and all for FREE with Wella who we were with before we had to pay, the Matrix courses are fab and good fun and the local educators are very friendly and down to earth, we would so recommend them loads.

In the local wholesaler in Derby they are doing an intro deal of 10 x colors of YOUR choice and get FREE the following : Large shade chart worth £45.00 , free developer, and FREE in Salon Training as long as you have 3 or more stafff plus you have also 37 FREE courses on in the cash and carry catering everything from Grey coverage, perfect Reds how to retail and merchandise etc......

By the way the color deal in the Cash and carry was £58.90 for all that, bloody great value

the rep i called said he would give me the course for free, i didn't ask he offered. I just told him i was interested in changing color lines.
