New product idea, who do I speak to?

So i have been sitting on an idea for a while now and looking for any recommendations as to who i can speak to to get my idea manufactured, has anyone had any experience in this and know of any company’s i can speak to , I’m frightened to telll anyone in case my idea gets stolen

You can ask them to sign an NDA before speaking to them. It's pretty straightforward. From my experience (I've had this several times with websites where they won't tell me any details about their website project as it's secret and I might steal it) most people aren't interested in stealing your idea. They focus on what they're good at. Also, 9/10 the idea is only a small part of what makes something successful. The money and marketing make up a huge part.
