Hiya, I'm recently qualified in gel polish and extensions and I use shellac and Ink londons Ijel with forms, I have no problems with shellac I am getting around 2 weeks wear out of it however I'm having problems with Ijel and the product has good reviews so I am obviously doing something wrong. I follow the instructions for each system and use all the products from the system so I'm not sure what the problem is. With the Ijel the extensions look lovely and appear to cure properly however the nails are popping off after 1-2 days and it appeares they haven't adhered to the nail plate at all. Does any body have any advice? Has anybody else had this problem with Ijel

I am not familiar with iJel, but am assuming it is a light cured product. Are you using their light?

I was going to say the same- are you using the INK lamp?
I use ijel with all of the products and lamp and don't have any issues.

Yes I use the complete system, I am only recently qualified so I am sure the problem is with me I'm just not sure what it is, I do not think there is any excess cuticle or skin left on the nail as my shellac is staying on well and if I didn't prep properly it wouldn't. I'm thinking it might be to do with buffing the nail maybe I'm not doing enough, how much buffing do you do? I always use the 007 ink primer not the usual as this is what came in my trial kit as they didn't have the other one

Have you reached out to Ink to let them know the issues you are having? They are most helpful xx
