Nubar discontinued in the UK?

I normally get Nubar gelicure from Palms Extra but I recently received a letter to say it was being discontinued in America so they would no longer be selling it. I then found it on another site (ideal hair and beauty) so I'm just wondering if any one else has heard anything? As I don't want to keep buying it if I'm going to need to change brand.

That's a little strange, as Palms are still advertising in this month's edition of Scratch Magazine, and mention Nubar.

Perhaps though it's because they're concentrating on launching their new lacquering gel range called Faby?

Yea they said they'd still be selling their remaining stock and keep trying to sell me Faby so I'm wondering if they've told me its discontinued to sell Faby or that it really has been discontinued :/

Well I went to buy a white Nubar nail art striper today from my local supplier and he told me that the white in particular has been out of stock for the past year-and-a-half. Just the white, not the other colors. Perhaps they are indeed having a general trouble?

Yea maybe. I think I'll change my brand just to be on the safe side! Any thoughts on cnd shellac??

It's fabulous! Can't be used on weak nails though. It would pill off quickly

How about using a builder gel underneath to strengthen?

I use nubar and yes it is being discontinued from the supplier and maker in America very sad as its been going for about 15yrs x
