You need to read up about different methods of fitting, quality of hair, types of hair, and contraindications.
First start with the contraindications like nape whorls, traction alopecia, thinning hair, skin disorders, trichoptilosis and strong crown growth, just to name a few.
Maybe try doing a Hairdressing course for one year, a Level 1 VRQ would be sufficient enough to help you understand the basic health and safety, also it would teach you about the hair, scalp and other things
