I agree with you Jax, there is no excuse for bad customer service. I sometimes Lena White almost make me feel like they're doing me a favour letting me buy their products
I have considered changing a lot of times, but I just love their polish and they sell so well. I think the main problem is lack of competition which exists when you are allowed to have "Sole Distributor" status in the UK. These days however, there are lots of internet sites in the US that will ship to the UK. Even with Customs Duty payable, it still works out cheaper.
