Orly gels difficult to remove?

I'm really struggling to remove orly gel fx polishes, anyone got any recommendations or tips? I'm following the instructions to the T but they takes AGES to soak off and I feel I'm damaging the clients nails as I end up scratching the nail. Any help would be very much appreciated!!

No form of gel removal should result in the client's nails being scratched or damaged.

Although I'm unfamiliar with the Orly gel polish system, perhaps you can explain how you are attempting gel removal, so we have a better idea of how to help you further.

I purchased one of these when I was deciding on a brand and agree with you. I followed instructions on removal and attempted other ways too and it wouldn't budge at all, it actually made my nails bend in towards each other and were quite tender. I ended up buffing it off and binning it x
