Hi,
I'm just getting my patch test forms done up and something came to my attention.
Regualry procedure, customer comes in, fills in the form, gets patch test done, signs the form to say it was done and leaves...
2 days later she rings up to book, saying the patch test was perfect and wants to book colour. Do you then get them to resign the patch test form to confirm that the test was done without side affects?
To me it dosn't make sense not to, all the form is saying then is that they had it done, not that they didn't have a reaction?
Am I over complicating this or what do you think?
