Phorest online booking charge

Hi,

Just wondering what other people's thoughts are on Phorests online booking charges.

€1 charge for a €20 booking (5%) is really on the steep side. I wonder has anyone managed to do something about it?

No I think it’s astronomical and is one of the main reasons I never went with them. That and the fact that you can’t turn the deposit off so anyone booking online has to pay a booking fee. And their high costs and so on!!!
I went with Ovatu. You can have a booking fee on some, all or none of the treatments - and doesn’t cost you £1.50 per client (or whatever it is)

I have to agree it’s not perfect. I am always on the lookout for better, but for the price of Phorest, and the cost of texts etc, I can stick it out for now. If I find anything fabulous, I’ll let you know.

They say not but the salon doesn’t get it!

It's paid to stripe apparently but phorest are getting a cut. Stripe charge approx 2%, and phorest are charging 2-5%

These additional fees are out of hand - We've gone from Mindbody to Phorest, it's ridiculous.
