Hi all, just wanted some advice, I've got a Ts50 spray gun. I'm having issues with it, twice this has happened, half way through spraying a client the solution stops coming out and it just sprays out air. I have to flush it through and take the gun apart, there doesnt seem to be a blockage and on both occassions it has started spraying again eventually but meanwhile my poor client is standing in the pod! It took me 45 mins to spray someone today while I was trying to get the gun working! I am doing quite a few tans, about 10 a week. I always open the gun up and flush it through after each tan. Last time this happened I took the gun apart and deep cleaned it. I was told that I only need to do this very occasionally though, I'm wondering if its a problem with the gun. Any advice appreciated! X

I have the same gun and it's happened with mine. You need to put warm water in the cup and spray it through. You then need to take the cup off and spray air through so there's not water left in the gun. I do this every time I tan someone or if I'm doing a few in a day I do it at the end. You don't need to take this gun apart, I was also trained to but then told by Steve at Nouvatan that it wasn't necessary if you run warm water through it.

Thanks for replying! I flush the gun through with hot soapy water every time I use it, Sienna X told me that as I was doing a lot of tans I should deep clean it too but I'm thinking it's a problem with the gun as I deep cleaned last week and its done it again this week. I always flush the gun out. I'm going to ring them this morning as I can't keep having these issues, if I do as pray party it could potentially be a disaster !
