I have just finished reading another thread about a lady who received a cease and desist letter as she had used an image (not knowing) which was copyrighted.

If you are doing it on the pc - then just right click on the picture and do 'save picture' or 'save image' or 'save as' (something like that lol, sorry I'm not at my pc ATM) then just save it to your pc somewhere, like your desktop or my pictures folder. Then you can just upload an image as normal on the SG website xxx

If you're on the PC - scroll down to the 'Additional Options' section and then click on 'Manage Attachments' under the 'Attach Files' then a screen will pop up and in the 'Upload File from your Computer' bit you can click 'Browse' find your file, click 'open' then click 'upload'. Then submit your reply.

Hope it works, I've never uploaded from PC before but just popped on here to see how you do it and it looks like that's what you do
