I have shoulder length hair dyed heavily.. I have been told not to have it permed because it'd just snap.

How would I rag my hair to create curla instead?

Ta geeks and geekettes!!

Oh my gosh .. my grandmother used to rag my sister and I's hair when we were children.

We looked like a pair of lions when we went to school the next day lol.

I have no idea how to do it though, just a vague memory of the hair being twisted in sections and then these bits of old sheet being rapped around the hair to keep it in place.

But I may have made that whole memory up in my head so don't listen to me.

Jacqui xx

Used to always have it ragged u Just put hair round a piece of old rag like u do with a curling wand and then just tie it I'n a knot x

Haha!

Well i'm not trying to achieve the lion look, although i'd love to see a photo of you sporting it!

I more want ringlets so to speak.
I'm married into a traveller family and they've told me its how they do their hair.

I keep thinking about you as a lion! Lol
