How did u get rid of her? 😬

I suggested that she text me if she had a sudden spare hour and see if I'm free. She didn't like that response and said she will find somewhere else. I replied that's a shame, but if she kept to her times it wouldn't be a problem, I have no room for manover, as my regulars keep thier times and it's back to back in the summer. Infact another regular wanted her slot and I had to turn her away, as I thought this girl would keep her appointment and she didn't.

It's not my problem that she's so disorganised, but I have to say it to Messers because it's not fair on me. Or my regulars.

I walk after dinner, I take melatonin, I eat melatonin rich foods, kiwi 1 hour before bed, no electrics for 2 hours before bed and I use something called hemi sync lol one of these is working im just not sure which. Oh valarian tea and lavender oil on pillow. Hahaha im not nuts but the insomnia was driving me nuts.

My reason is that I am giving my notice in tomorrow.

It's been a tough 2 years at this salon and I am absolutely dreading handing my notice in ...when it's done however I can finally start to get excited about opening my own salon.

In the mean time I will be spending my remaining time feeling awful with my stomach in knots.

Not forgetting a strict sleep schedule, off to bed and awake at the exact same time every day. Hopefully after a few months I can cut back on some of these and just sleep again.
