A few questions I have are
What kind of insurence do you need for the shop and the individual stylists?
What is the going rate for renting a chair?
What do people usually do about products, do they supply their own?
Who pays for the refreshments and magazines. Is this something to factor into the rent?
What kind of contract can protect me and the stylist?
Do stylists still pay the rent throughout their holidays and absences?
And finally.
How is the rent paid? Do they do it a week in hand or pay at the end of the week they have just worked?
