i am looking for costing advice on renting my beauty room for 10hr a week, Friday 4-8 and Saturday 10-4. Can anyone advise rent cost and/or % cost please and whether it’s best to have a flat rent rate or/and charge a percentage. Thank you

As the room’s only available for odd limited hours, it won’t necessarily attract a lot of interest so I think have an open mind and see what someone is prepared to pay.
A set rent will give you a small regular income for 52 weeks a year.
A percentage split means you can’t guarantee a minimum fixed income as it’s dependent on how busy your lessee is and the services they offer. If they take a fortnights holiday for instance, you won’t earn a penny.
