Renting a salon room

Hi I’m new into the beauty business Iv been mobile since feb but Iv recently moved into a room in a salon part time basis. I’m wantig to know how much would people charge to rent a room it’s a box sized room with a sink & all bills included. I’m just starting out in the salon so it’s slow business x
