I had a family appointment of gel fingers and toes and unfortunately clients have advised that the fingers have peeled off and the other have blistered. I've never had any issues before but I've rebooked and will re do both after checking the condition of the nails. Toes are still ok on both.
I'm anticipating a request to change colour for both which I'm not willing to do for free if there's no damage so I'd appreciate any suggestions as to how to word this as I can be too direct at times.

Simply repair the peeled and blistered ones in the same colour, go in with the attitude of the colour isnt the problem, id go so far as to only carry that colour to the appointment then theres no option to change. i'd say im happy to fix the problem nails for you. nothing else then they understand your not re doing the lot.

First remind them they should be wearing gloves for chores etc.

Can you maybe get away with buffing the top colour coat off and replacing?

If you're going to soak the entire lot off and redo them it might be trickier to refuse to change the colour - would it make a difference to you what colour it was as it's the same amount of work if you re-do?

But unless every nail is affected I'd stick with the same colour x

Call to confirm the appointment, and say you're glad to have a chance to repair the nails that need re-doing.

Thank you. I might be wrong but I've a feeling from the texts that they're removed them. I'll find out on Saturday

How long ago did they have them done and was that their first appointment ?
x
