My sister has White roots and faded blonde porus lengths and ends, she wants to go darker blonde so I used 8.3 & 8 in majirel with 20vol it turned out like a base 10 any ideas how to correct this or any other product that are good on resistant hair:mad:

Use a porosity equaliser then re do with a semi/ quasi and it should be fine

I prob wouldn't of used 20vol but tbh don't really use them colours go in with the matrix colour sync xxx

Try pre-softening ,leave on an extra ten mins or go in with a shade darker? Few different options for you to try x

Did you use the colours for white hair not the regular colours as the ones designed for white hair will automatically over come the resistant areas, re try the roots and quasi the ends xoxo
