Rude clients

Grr. I started part time in a salon to supplement my mobile work 3 weeks ago, today a lady I had washed while waiting for my client comes in, I wash her hair and she says oh you didn't soak me this time, ah well that's what ur here for to learn aren't you.
Cheeky b***h! She got soaked because no matter how much I press her head back into the sink she keeps lifting it or moving it sideways.
Felt like spraying hairspray in her eyes!

I said "im not training, I done that years back, but if next time you would keep your head still you won't get wet"

nope not too much!!! its possibly overdue by the sounds of things!!

i hate that people wiggle about so much, get soaked and blame us!!! i had a girl today who kept swinging her head about first when i was foiling, then when i was using the straighteners....... and then said "oh watch you dont burn me!" i then said "well please sit at peace, you keep moving." while jokingly holding her head still! she sat still after that xx

To stop her today I struggled but kept one hand on her forehead and blasted the shampoo and conditioner out with the shower head xoxo

thats it, just firmly hold their head in the nicest most professional way!!!! that must have been tricky while rinsing, i dont envy you!! bet i get one of these people tomorrow now....! xxx
