Self employed beautician & nail tech required to rent room/space in Bristol salon

Hi geeks..

I'm due to open my salon beginning of April after many delays with builder commitments etc but finally it's almost there now

I am a hairdresser so will be doing all the hair side of things but as it is a hair and beauty salon, i will need someone to take care of the beauty side.

I am looking for a self employed beautician to rent the beauty room and also a nail technician to rent the nail bar space in the main salon area on a full time basis.

The salon is a new salon based in Bristol.

Rent will include:
Hire of room/space
Use of furniture (ie couch, nail station)
Water
Electricity
Phone
Advertising (on flyers, website, google listings, salon sign and displays)
Client refreshments
Wireless broadband
Walk in clients
Reception (to take bookings & payments for you)
Everything basically, except your products!

Competitive rent, and as it's a new salon I will offer first months rent for free as a chance to get yourself on your feet, make people aware of your presence and get marketing/advertising!
