Hi everyone. The shop i like and hope will become my hair and beauty salon has no hot water... Do any of you have exsperence with this. Will it be exspencive to get hot water i only realy need it for the wash basin. I can use a kettel for washing up and things. And will have a hot cabi for.beauty room.

Get a shower from B&Q :)
 
You'd have to speak to plumber hun, they'd be able to tell you what you would need whether it's electric or gas etc I'm engaged to one and I know it can be complicated lol

I'm sure the agent would let you take one around for a quote?

Hi I'm not 100% sure on this but i think if you use an electric shower for the backwash then you'll get got water x
 
I have a salon and this had no hot water, I had a shower fitted over backwash and also had a little heater fitted in toilet to get hot water from so that clients can wash their hands after using loo. This is the only hot water I have and it works fine.
 
Hey, we are the same we had no hot water, but had a showet fitted for backwash and a lil heater thing for the loo basin.

I have no hot water too got electric showers and a small water heater in toilet and kitchen and it's ok for us, it's costs a fortune to get hot water put through a building my brothers a plumber and he said its not worth it if it's not your property and your just renting. Xxx
