What a crazy situation1! you are in, its seems to me, the owner is jealous, and trying to muck up your buisness by being so awkward.
You must speak to the person and give your point of view over, if there is a no win situation, I would be looking elsewhere, as if the person does not come around to the way you are thinking. You are constantly going to be in this situation.
I do hope for your sake that the person, has sense and listens to what is being said. as this cannot continue.
I hope this situation resolves soon, so that you can continue with what you are meant to be doing.:hug::hug:
