We also choose too find out. It just made it easier for other people, with gifts etc. Though I'm personally not keen on much of the baby girl clothes so that's been a disappointment for me. It's extremely difficult finding clothes for a girl that don't make them look like a boy! lol

Aw no when I am looking for clothes I always think there is so much more choice for girls clothes!! It's always the same though as probably if I was looking for girls clothes I would think there was a better choice of boys. Next and m&s have some gorgeous little girl outfits. I have 2 nieces so often buy girls however my little one will be the first boy in both of the families really so no luck with hand me downs.
Sorry a wee bit off topic there but I totally agree it is much easier if you know the sex to be completely organised. I have went crazy with the blue stuff so fingers crossed that when he arrives (Tuesday at the latest hopefully as getting induced) that he is in fact a he. Or something has went really wrong at the numerous scans I have had!!! xxxxx

Can I ask everyone did you find the sex of the baby? I've got my next scan in 3 weeks and haven't 100% made my mind up but I'm leaning towards not finding out x

Yes I did. I did with both in fact. Practicality meant we really needed to know this time due to house situation. I'm also incredibly impatient I loved being able to name baby too and for me personally that made me feel closer to him earlier on.

I know some people like a surprise, but it's a surprise at your 20 week scan (I was convinced I was having a girl lol) or at birth.

Do what you think feels right for you and your mister. Xxx

They do have nice clothes but they are all a tad too frilly and flowery for my liking. My cousin Is 6 and we are the only girls in the family and neither of us are girly girls. I quite like the little old man look for little boys. I found a nice coat the other day for baby and then realised it was a boys one, my partner gave me the 'it's a girl, not a boy put it down look'. I've stopped looking now lol, it's too frustrating!!

Though if anyone does find girl clothes in blues and greens, from newborn and up, please let me know!

Oh I see. I think I must like the girly girl stuff I am all for a bit of floral. Haha.
I am obsessed with dungarees for little boys and when I look in the wardrobe that's the majority of what I have - I also like the little old man look. I really dislike jogging suits/track suit type things and not one for trainers either!! Oh and Disney stuff with motifs of tigger or the tazmanian devil or Mickey Mouse which my partners family seem to love!!
Lucky me.
Everyone's tastes are are so different though. xx

Thanks everyone hubby doesnt want to find out the sex, neither does my mum. My nanna thinks I should and I just really can't decide I can see the pros of both. I think it's going to be a case of seeing how I feel when I have my scan in 4 weeks x

Thank you! She's incredibly calm and is such an easy baby. My friend tells me she has had no trouble with her at all at night. Even her pregnancy was soooo easy with no sickness and the little one was her first child!

I want to do a photoshoot like this (these are not my images but inspiration)

I just need to find a pregnant lady in my area to Make-over and photograph! 💜
