Gosh this post makes me broody haha! I'm a part-time photographer doing weddings and portraits and I have sooooo many super cute maternity shoot ideas and baby poses I am itching to do!!!! I just need a pregnant lady and a baby!!!!

3 days till my due date and I haven't felt a twinge. I know I could have a while to wait but I just want my baby here safe and sound in my arms-anyone else feel like this before baby came? X
Yes I know how you feel it gets to the point you have literally had enough of being pregnant .
I worried towards the end because all you want is to hold your baby .
I can't wait to see pics of the new arrival .
I was 9 days late with my second and it was ridiculous ! Nothing bought labour on and I used to get jealous of those who gave birth on or just after their due date .

I've been on the yoga ball and walking but my doc told me not to bother with all the old wives takes like spicy foods and castor oil as I'll probably just end up with a sick tummy. It's a full moon tonight so I'm hoping that kicks things off, whether or not there's any truth in it I'm not sure 😏
I've tried everything. My due date was on wed so 2 days over. I have been booked in to get induced on Monday night if baby has not made an appearance before then. I have been carting garden rubbish, walking, and some hoovering and cleaning today.
Not had a single twinge. Forget I am pregnant still even though I am over 40 wks now!!! xxx

At least you've only a few days left, they don't induce here until at least 10 days past due date
xxxYeah I didn't expect to get induced. They said they would let me go 10-12 days over but the date they have me was Monday. Not complaining as hopefully baby will be here sooner however would have liked things to progress naturally. I am not uncomfortable in anyway so I am quite happy plodding along. Haha. Xx

My labour started the day before my due date and little man was born by emergency C-Sec on his EDD 2 days later. Such an exciting time for you I can't wait to see pics xxx

Aw hopefully not much longer for you. God yes with my second totally felt like this. With my first I don't remember thinking too much about my due date, went to bed one night, woke up the next at 6am with a tummy ache (thought the Chinese hadn't agreed
) and bingo id had him by 1540 and a week early! My second completely different, three weeks of every labour twinge, pain and movement but not one contraction. Decided at 10pm on the Friday before my due date on the Sunday I was going to go waaaaay over as all the pains had stopped more or less. I so wanted bubs to arrive, the last three weeks had been stressful on just about every level, my 1st sons 9th birthday was in 5 days time (party booked) and if I went over by 12 days I wasn't allowed a home birth (was having home birth because hospitals are one of my biggest fears)and I just wanted to meet our boy Imagine my surprise when at 0245 the next morning my first contraction hit and just 1 hour 45 mins later Max shot out on the kitchen floor! So hang in there lovey, same to all, bubbas are on their way!!Here's Maxim, he's 6 weeks old exactly today

Can I ask everyone did you find the sex of the baby? I've got my next scan in 3 weeks and haven't 100% made my mind up but I'm leaning towards not finding out x

Hey I found out the sex at my 20 wks scan. We had always said we would find out - I see no reason not to. Although people always say it's nice to have a surprise but I just don't get that.
Everyone is different though and most people I know don't find out.
It's easy enough to buy everything neutral however I feel knowing what I am having has made it a better experience for me. I have my sons name picked and when I think about my baby I just think about my son who should be making an appearance ASAP as he is now 3 days overdue. Xxx
Not sure of that has helped you any but that's just my opinion and how both my partner and myself felt. xxx

We also choose too find out. It just made it easier for other people, with gifts etc. Though I'm personally not keen on much of the baby girl clothes so that's been a disappointment for me. It's extremely difficult finding clothes for a girl that don't make them look like a boy! lol
