No, ph bond is for the gelish gel polish and ph and pro for extensions.

Just black shadow as normal, 2 top coats, buff the top coat to a matte finish then use topcoat to do polka dots xxx

I brought my glitter off eBay. I got 10 different colours in packs of 12, with all different types of glitter in there. I have loads just a shame none of clients like to try different things. x
