I'm new to the industry and looking for some tips on doing the more mature face? I feel like all my colours are just browns and neutrals that I use on such clients? Any tips? 😊

This lovely client was just having a trial run on her eye makeup! I don't really know what other colours I could use

For older ladies I often do a grey shimmery smokey eye , sounds dramatic but isn't really I find it suits a hooded eye that you often encounter with a mature client , I also tend to use Matt muted colours a lot for eg blackberry by Mac is a purple with a brown base

In Edinburgh they do an evening course at Telford and Stevenson college called The art of photographic makeup which would be the cheaper option but is over a few months or you have theAcademy of make up in Glasgow which is fab or in Edinburgh there is Lauren Gollan academy or Glamcandy courses which are intensive courses .
