I maintained this week.

Went out for one meal (carvery and a naughty pud) but the other 6 days I've been extra special good. Only 6/7 syns a day, so a bit disappointed. Surly one meal can't mess it up??? The last 5lbs are being stubborn, I don't want them :(

I think it gets harder when you don't have as much left to lose. I have often had gains from only one meal. It's frustrating when that happens, but it will come off.x
 
Agreed - I gain or maintain after just one night out but when I started and had loads to lose I got away with it.

Really pleased with my 1.5lb gain - didn't get to group last week but mum in laws scales are exactly the same & they said a 6lb gain last week so that means I've really lost 4.5lb this week. 3st 4.5lb in total, 14lb to target.

Ahem! Evening girls! How did we all do this week? I didn't go last week, but did go this morning and I'm afraid I have 1 pound on! I'm not going to beat myself up! I will get this pound off for next week!

Didn't do as I promised myself! Half a pound on this week. Must get back on track. I am going to give the Original plan a go this week. Have always done well in the past on more protein, but need to stick to things!!

This weeks mantra will be "I can and I will!" Have to tell myself this girls otherwise there is no hope!
 
1lb off this week. It's coming off very, very slowly. Too slowly for my liking so will try and do better. I want to get 2lb off next week. I'm sick of being in the 14 stone bracket. I'm now 14.05 so a good loss next week will make me happy.

I had a family thing last weekend and deviated slightly from the path of dietary righteousnes, so I didn't go to group on Monday as a result. I have this thing about it and will only attend when I know jolly well I've had a loss. I seem to be messing up a little at the moment, as evenings are my weak spot and always have been.

Am going to try really hard for the next few days and have a reason to attend next week. It is only a matter of pounds to me, a stone at the very outside, but it's bugging me. I made the SW muffins yesterday, as I like a bit of stodge now and again. They were actually rather good, just a mixture of weetabix, yogurt and egg. I bought some new 'Extracts' this week eg chocolate, banana, coconut to liven things up and they're very good. Those muffins didn't look like chocolate 'Cake,' but they sure tasted like them - as far as a SW concoction can! :D:wink2:
 
I maintained this week. I had eaten out twice over the weekend- carefully but consumed lots of gin! None of the 'devil juice' passed my lips(wine). Still feel gutted :-(

3lbs off this week! I'm close to target now and it feels really weird.
 
Iv decided to re join on wednesday! Iv had a few months off and been really naughty, I can feel all my weight come back on!! I am dreading what they say iv put on since last time!!

When I rejoined I'd only gained 4lb which I thought was pretty good for December and January!
