Im new to spray tanning and Tantrick. I marked my dial at 12 and it is turned to 25 past/half past and im getting good coverage. I probably am using to much solution but have only been doing it 2 weeks and while using Autumn Gold don't want to risk not covering all areas.

Ah marking the dial fab idea! will this work on my fakebake piggy too? new to tanning and seems to be turning and turning no soloution then wham loads! lol xx

All good suggestions and possibilities here :) but if you have a feeling you under-sprayed then more than likely that's what it is (but probably coupled with some of the other suggestions above!)

With my T200 I turn it about 1 and a 1/4 from 'off' if that makes any sense? I may have to adjust it down a bit sometimes as I find if the person is cold, then it runs a bit, turn it down slightly though, and it's fine.

Good luck with it all, like has been said, it's trial and error really until you get to know the feel of your machine.

I did my training on Wednesday on my lovely new T200 m/c and I have been advised between 2 to 3 half turns! Hope this helps you hun xx

So it seems it would be on average one full turn. Thanks everyone!

Noooooo, half a turn maximum for a T200. This is something your trainer should have gone through with you.

yeah Jo thats what she said but I seem to be underspraying with that at 4-5 inches away!

No you just think you are underspaying-lol
What is the light like where you spray?
When you first start spraying you want to make the guide colour as dark as you can but you don't need to, it will still develop the same with one coat or two once the guide colour has been washed off.

Sorry to but in, but doing that couch roll trick is a great idea, it helped me as I've only been doing it for several months and was getting worried about tooo much solution coming out. I always do this before a client
