Struggling to recruit a good therapist

Hello, I need another therapist for my Salon in SE London but I am struggling to find someone let alone a professional and talented therapist. Are there any places I should be looking? I’ve placed adverts on indeed, FB, hairandbeauty. I’ve run local colleges with no luck. Any help or advice would be great! Thank you
