Sunbeds or fake tan?

I can see why sunbeds can seem the better option as there is a high chance of the tanning rubbing off inside of the dress especially if you are sweating.

But is it really worth the risk? I would recommend a spray tan as sunbeds are dangerous and i dont see any point in risking it.

... but they're no more dangerous than a tan attained from the sun. Having said that there are conditions and situations where you will not be allowed to use sunbeds (skin type, moles etc)

Very true....ive heard the sun can be worse than sunbeds! I would use sunbeds myself im pale as a ghost :lol:

I'm pale, i like a tan and i am a die hard spray tan fan all the way, i would rather have a little rub off on the inside of my dress then risk my health.
I also disagree with this statement, some sunbed rays are up to 10-15 times higher then the midday sun. Take a look on cancer research website for more info, im sure they dont just say these things for the sake of it.
