I have recently had on the odd occasion a couple of nails instantly go matte after the top coat has been applied? I use opi top coat which has always been great but today it happened on a lady on nearly all of the nails?! She had gel on underneath so was wondering if it had maybe reacted with that? Has this happened to anyone else?
