I have found that the 'orrible stick on ones from boots can really damage the nail. I discovered this from changing my friend form them to enhancements that I now do on a regular basis for her. Her nails were 'dented' across the nail and and ripped to shreads where the nails had, over the years, pinged off. She says herself she would never go back to them and her nails are now growing and getting back to normal. We're nearly ready to do a NNO!
As for pricing, well, I am still practising and training. I only did my Foundation course with Creative end of March. Most people give a donation to the cause! lol

i had a client when i was in bristol who had been wearing those stick on nails for yrs, and her nails were all ridged and dented, just as you say your friend's were! I don't think people realise how they can damage natural nails!!!
