Wella please help.

I'm doing my friends hair tomorrow she just wants bleach h/l but likes the look of a friend we knows colour. This person apparently has bleach and 7/7 colour touch in foils (fine sections of the 7/7) I'm not that familiar with wella so do I get the colour touch or te colour touch plus ? And which developer do I need because isn't there a 1.5 and like a 4 developer? And do I need to pre pig going over her hair? For things like this I normally use majirel /3 shades with 6% over bleached hair as I find it holds longer so could I use a majirel equivalent?! Sorry for all the questions! Any help would be much appreciated. X

I use Wella, the developer I use are 13 vol/9% or 6 vol/1.4%. I guess it depends how light her hair is already, but you shouldn't need to pre-pig it, if its blonde to blonde. I hope that helps a little?

You could use either. If using koleston perfect use 6%, with colour touch 1.9%.

I wouldn't prepigment as its a warm colour, but may be best just to strand test cause it will depend on how light the hair is.

You could paint /3 first on the highlights and the apply 7/7 straight over top of the /3, has you said this will hold better.

Thanks I already have the colour touch 1.9 developer so I may buy the 7/7 colour touch tomorrow and that should be fine thank you
