On my training i got taught to stick just one tape on thin hair and then thick hair place the tape like a sandwich if im making sense, correct me if im wrong as we all get taught different xx

You always have to sandwich tapes on every hair type, they'll all fall out if you don't sandwich because they don't have much to hold onto
