Thanks! the dice is a konad stamp. This was just messing around and it turned out quite effective!

CND/S2 do a matte top coat. You could use that to get the effect

Initially I was not a fan of this mani as I'm not a fan of overly girly things. But now I like it and I would like to redo it in different colors...
