Sorry to butt in here (just thought I'd be helpful in case you needed to know) but according to the Brisa lite thread on here the shellac must always be topped with shellac top coat & not 'sandwiched' (gigi's words) between another product ie the Brisa lite. Though if I'm wrong someone please correct me! Hth xxx

Thank you! I just built the roses up from the outside (kind of layered them) and carved into the acrylic using my brush. Very tricky but loved the result!

Hi,
BL base coat
BL Sculpting gel
1 x coat of hot pop pink
glitter
2 x coats of Shellac Top Coat (curing in between)!!

Smellenor is correct, if you use shellac over Brisa then you would finish with the Shellac top coat.

Means that I got a whole sunday afternoon to pamper my own hands and feet for a change!
Now sporting girly toes and valentines nails.
I'm always amazed at what good advertising your own nails can be. I've got 3 new appointments from strangers after seeing my own nails. A lady commented in the queue at Tesco so I whipped out a business card ;-) Now she's got an appointment next week :-D
All gellux: toes done with just peachy and rose quartz, hands with maraschino cherry and purely white.
