As iv seen it on YouTube , can't remember name though, you put polish on and take scrunched clingfilm and dab at it. If that makes sense ! Great effects.

Cling film sponging...other than the obvious answer that you used cling film as a sponge, please explain

Get some screwed up cling film and dab in your vinylux or any polish, take excess off on a tissue and dad onto the nail / it gives some great effects xx
