Yes It looks like Jemma B did pink then black.

I did both at the same time, flash curing the black for 10 secs and then filling in with pink x
 
A set of neon nails I did for one of my clients who is going to a 70's party. I also made her a matching Shellac ring x

All my art is done using dotting tools hun sometimes use acrylic paint but this is just gelish xx
